I designed this to celebrate my birthday. I felt I deserved it! Exposing as much of the eight-sided diamond as possible was important because octahedrons are rare and powerful. You might want this one for your own special occasion (Hint: It makes a great alternative engagement ring!).

Above the entrance to the stôn studio is a nook that is a perfect sanctuary for our resident birds. We've tried many humane things to prevent birds from nesting there, but have now come to terms with the power of nature. The nest vessel is my homage to this journey.
